OUR CAPABILITIES

DLB Custom Extrusions expansive 90,000 square foot facility operates with five sheet extrusion lines.  We custom blend materials to meet our customers' quality and pricing requirements.  All machines are capable of producing Monolayer sheet or Co-Extruded sheet (multi-layer).  We also color-match and offer a variety of textures to support our customers.  We have the ability to produce sheet from .020" thick up to heavy gauge .440" thick sheet.  Our machines also allow us to manufacture sheet up to 72" wide.
