DLB Custom Extrusions, LLC manufactures custom extruded sheet solutions for a variety of thermoplastic applications. Our state of the art 90,000 manufacturing facility is located in Evansville, IN. We extrude medium to heavy gage sheet in a variety of widths, lengths, custom colors, and finishes. We specialize in ABS, HIPS, FR ABS, FR HIPS, TPO, Weatherable Acrylics, and High Impact Acrylic (PMMA).  Converting plastic resins into rigid sheet occurs through an extrusion process. Under heat and pressure, plastic pellets are turned into a fluid that passes through a die.  Then the material is extruded into a flat sheet. Downstream, a series of rolls cool and finish the sheet's surface before it is sheared to length and packaged.
